Originally from Boston, MA, and moved to Florida full-time in 1998. Lu has spent many years before 1998 in Palm Beach County. Her family has been in the area since the early '70s. She knows Palm Beach County Real Estate and beach properties from Boca Raton to Tequesta. 

 Lu has been a REALTOR® since receiving her license in 2002. She started her career with Prudential Florida WCI Realty in Boynton Beach. She received numerous awards for her sales volume in Palm Beach County and has continued the trend of excelling in her profession.

In 2002 Lu was part of the climbing trend in our Real Estate market when it was easy to close a home in 30-45 days. She has never stopped servicing her community and sphere of influence, even in the slower markets of 2006 and 2007. She was determined that this was her profession and not just a hobby. 

 Lu learned a wealth of knowledge about short sales, REO, and the challenging market we faced at that time. Her persistence has made her an experienced, knowledgeable agent. She is constantly learning and does not take anything for granted.

When she works with Buyers, she enjoys finding them the perfect home and prides herself on listening to their needs. Listening is an important skill, and getting customers what they want gives them the most satisfaction.

Working with Sellers, she tries to understand their goals and objectives. Lu is always available to them to help with selling their homes. She honestly puts out the best marketing plans. Lu negotiates on her sellers' behalf and develops solutions to contractual issues, inspection issues, or financing to sell their homes. This results in a quick sale and a great price with minor trouble for her customers.
